Room was comfortable as usual with Hamptons but there was a mess on the floor around the refrigerator. A/C struggled to keep the room cool.

This is one of the best stays I’ve had at a Hampton. This is an older hotel but recently remodeled. The king suite was perfect for business travel and the staff were wonderful.

Very nice hotel, in the southern suburbs of Lufkin. This hotel is great for business travelers, that have business in Lufkin. Although not a large hotel, it does have all the Hilton hotel amenities, that you can expect from Hampton Inn and suites. The front desk clerk at check-in was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very pleasant. Thank you Hampton Inn and suites, it was great visit.

The room was great, everything was clean and wonderful. I would have given a five if it had not been for the very late breakfast. I don’t know why, but it was almost fifteen minutes late. I am diabetic and this was nuts. I booked here strictly because of the breakfast. It is an important factor in choosing a hotel for me and breakfast should never be late. Another gentleman from 206 was also upset about the late meal because he had to go to work. He also complained directly to staff, but we got no apology. Just excuses.
