Hands down the best Braums we have been to in Tulsa. The Braums on Admiral is closer to our house but we won't be going back to that one now that we found this one. Nicer employees way way cleaner best customer service. The employees were just awesome. My kiddos said they are so much nicer than the other Braums!!! Thank you all

S.L.O.W... wow, crazy slow. Not in the best condition certainly and could use a heck of a cleaning. Three of the four people behind the counter were unable to communicate and would just stand and smile when items like "#8, crispy" were said. Pleasantness is nice and everything but one must be able to do one's job or it isnt worth that much.

Never come here in the afternoons or on weekends. The children they employ completely ignore you. I live very close to this store so I come here often. 2 out of 3 visits a week I walk out after waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge my presence . Also taking into account when they're busy I get that but even when they're not busy it's the same.

Being from the restaurant world myself, I would bet someone might be closing early or it's a labor cost issue. Years ago I was required to check in 15 minutes early. The shift going off checked out at 15 after. That gives you a half hour of overlap to get your stuff done. It certainly is strange to close at quarter til. Restaurants know, however, exactly what they make every hour of the day and if it slows down from 10:30 to 10:45 enough ya, I could see them closing.
