I had placed an order on the app for my daughter to get food (she hadn't eaten all day) and didn't realize I wouldn't be able to check in to confirm the order. When I called the gentleman was SUPER helpful to find the order and make sure that she got her food. This is the only McDonald's we use in this area.

Very nice! The guy in the drive thru this morning spoke very clear English and my order was exactly like I asked for! Not like other times. Thank you for having a good English speaker in the drive thru!

Seriously the worst. Customer service is horrible. Rarely get orders correct. Today I had to go back for chicken nuggets they forgot and the guy in the window yelled curse words at me like a child as I drove away from the window AFTER he was the rude one, acting put out, asking for my receipt and then not even looking on the right half of the receipt for the nuggets (reading skills questionable).....the receipt was folded...🤦🏽‍♀️ Super rude, stay away!

They almost always forget the sides for the kids meals. We haven’t been given apple slices in the kids meals at least 5 times. This is the first review because I was giving them chances to get it together. I’m reviewing because it just happened for the 5th time. Come on guys.
