I worked for this company & I was in the ICU when they fired me. Gave me 3 days to move out and all they gave me back out of my deposit and rent is 55$ going to all new stations now! Bc ridiculous how they make someone move out middle of the month and not prorate their rent or give their money back!! Prices as well went up so if your on the waitlist look forward to paying fees you didn’t know you would have too

Reposting my review since I noticed it was removed. I was a resident at this property in 2013 for only six months. We broke our lease because the apartment had bed bugs upon our arrival, and management would not address it. We have not had bed bugs before or since. *****THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!******* The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They were constantly forgetting our situation and handling it very poorly. Communication between management and employees was practically non-existent. We just got to the point where we were calling the property manager directly because otherwise our concerns wouldn't be addressed. What's worse is that I knew someone who went there to get an apartment and they lied to his face about bed bugs. They said "it wasn't confirmed". I have pictures and I had two bug bodies that their pesticide company confirmed. I will never rent from Lindsey Management again. They swindle tenants and make sure that they are protected from the law when they screw you over. Please, please read your leases if you still choose to live here after reading this. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the worst experience I have had so far in my life thanks to this company. Parking: Hard to get a spot in the evening. Noise: Never noticed much on the third floor. Safety: They didn't clear the ice off the steps and someone fell down and hurt themselves. Dangerous! Construction: Every appliance was cheap. Our dryer didn't dry. We had maintenance come to fix it and it looked like he threw the lint trap around our living room when he was done - then he took some of my post-it notes and wrote "dryer fixed". Professional. Maintenance: see above Staff: Horrifyingly inept.

The apartments seem to be changing a lot for the better the past few weeks, with the new office management. She’s always in the office ready to help! They’ve added recycling bins, and the dog areas have been a lot cleaner. I’ve never had any problems with crime or bugs. Seems much more safe/clean than other apartment complexes. We had a terrible move in experience with the old management... paid pro-rate to get the keys a day early.. never got the keys.. until the moving company had already gotten here the next day.. wrong key. We had to go back and get the right key. Old manager would run to the back when tenants would walk into the office.

Depends on bedrooms and if they have any specials. I paid 870 for bedroom
