Our RV air conditioner quit while at Keystone Lake and after one phone call at 10 minutes till quitting time, they had arranged for us to bring the camper in the next morning and had the AC replaced by 2pm. Jason Hurley in Service was so polite and helpful. Eric the Tech must’ve known what he was doing to replace it so quickly. Not to mention, they had the correct unit for our 13 year old camper. Kentra is a great person to work with. I come from California and worked out a deal with Kendra all by messages and phone calls. We did delivery walkthrough via video and she helped hand over the trailer to transporter as well. The whole process was smooth. When it was delivered, everything works. I especially want to thank her for her recommendation of the trailer I bought. I originally wanted to buy bullet crossfire 1700bh, it turned out it had just been sold. Kendra then recommended apex nano 185BH. I looked at it and thought it was a good fit. Man was i right, it's better than bullet in terms of features and the looks. I have been camping in the trailer in several state and national parks already and loved it. Thank you Kentra.
