It's a great hotel. Biggest issue is with there restaurants not being open. Also when we 1st got there the pool bar wasn't open and only bar that was open was completely on the other end of the Casino. Pool area is really nice since they have an all adult pool area. Another issue we had they advertised on the hotel TV their room service however it's only available on Friday and Saturday. Didn't find that out until 45 minutes after calling leaving a message with our room number. When we didn't receive a call back went downstairs to inquire finally got a pizza from the food court who told us about the room service. Plus don't checkout on your TV unless you are packed and out the door as your cards are disabled immediately. Someone came knocking on the door immediately.

I'm rating this based on a comparison of the Lake Tahoe Hard Rock casino/hotel. Lake Tahoe location used to be amazing but now that Hard Rock is VERY run down (1 star). THIS location is fantastic. Clean, friendly, and operational. At this location they actually care! The buffet was super pricy and I'm gonna ding them a star for their crazy prices but otherwise this is a great location to visit.

Had a good time, wasn’t too busy for us, only downfall is they only allowed one of the fishbowl margaritas at a time. 🙄 One of the nicest casinos I’ve been too. Staff was friendly and attentive. For the casino being not very packed the parking lot was full (no show concert/live show) so have your walking shoes on. (It’s not terrible but I know my parents wouldn’t be willing to walk the distance I had to park.)

First experience here! Loved it. ...Was going to spend the night, but they were sold out! I am definitely going to book in advance next time! The pool looked clean and refreshing, the lobbies and slot machines were new, well kept and clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun night out with family/friends, a loved one or even by yourself.
