I wasn't impressed with this location. My visit was on Sat, March 26, between 11:30-12:00. The food and service are both, incredibly better at the BA location in my opinion. I purchased the Grand Champion platter, that has multiple meats and sides. The flavor of the brisket and pork were not good, both were dry, the hot link had little flavor, but it WAS 🔥 HOT, they must have been out of sausage because all I got was hot link. I requested ribs in place of turkey and they were EXTREMELY tough, which I have never had happen, from the other location. The bologna was AMAZING! The okra had great flavor but it was not crisp at all. Next time I will return to the Broken Arrow location. MUCH of this order was discarded, due to lack of flavor or being tough/dry and okra was not crisp and I don't like wasting money that way. I get the platter and eat for several days typically. The location was prompt and service was courteous it just was not friendly as it is at the BA location. The location was clean, it appeared to be busy, as one would expect for the lunch time hour. I did notice they seemed to have trouble keeping track of where orders needed to go when they came out as well as what sides needed to go with which order as they prepped them, as if it lacked organization in the back. Hopefully it will improve and become a better location or perhaps they just had an off day, those do happen on occasion.

I had high hopes but It was just Ok. I got the Burnt Tips and Rib platter with coleslaw and green beans and a soft drink. The portions were adequate but this was not a $25 meal! Ribs were dry and chewy, Burnt tips were soaked with sauce and dripping with oil. The coleslaw and green beans served in styrofoam cups both had several ounces of liquid on the bottom of the cups. Many of the tables were not clean and the floors under the tables were dirty. The severs were pleasant and food was delivered to the table quickly. Overpriced mediocre meal…

Brisket was dry and cut really thick. Onion rings are under cooked and have no flavor, and I'd say the "best beans on the planet" are okay at best.

Great counter service, clean dining room, tidy bathroom— and pretty good food, too. This location is also convenient to major highways and the airport. It took us about 15 minutes to get food. I had the turkey salad, which had fresh spinach and lots of toppings, though more cheese would have been good. My son had a macaroni and cheese cup and fries, and especially loved the fries. My husband raved about those, too, and said the shredded pork, hot links, and fried okra were good, especially for fast food. This is only my second time eating at this chain and I've had positive experiences both times.

But the beans are still great maybe the Carolina style isn't their best sandwich I always just get pulled pork or one meat without slaw just beans and fries
