What a terrible office, took me a good 6 minutes just to find parking. When I finally walked in the line was at least 16 patrons deep so I decided just to place my envelope into the shoot but it was so stuffed that I couldn’t put it in without it being easily removed by anyone. What a waste of time, now have to drive to the next office.

Overnighted a package took four days. Wich is not a fault of the local post office. I have come to expect much better performance from USPS.

The absolute worst customer service experience. The workers were so rude and condescending. They belittled me and embarrassed me in front of everybody waiting in line. Going to thoroughly enjoy writing the usps consumer advocate department a letter. Yes, you might be a government employee with tenure and job security but that does not give you the permission to treat another human being like a piece of gum stuck on the bottom of your shoe. This is specifically aimed at the older, female Asian worker and her buddy. Just abominable, literally shaking!

Some of the employees here don't really know what customer service means. if they don't want to work there, there is a lot of people who will love to take their place and will be very happy to have a stable job. The concept of customer service at USPS is not something that is promoted among the staff. They don't really care. It is very often that I have problems with USPS. In one occasion, one package I sent was received with half of the content. I did a claim and nothing happen. Again, who cares....If you get lucky, your package will be receive on time and not opened...They should privatize the USPS, you will see a great change....

It's a POW/MIA flag. From Wikipedia: "The POW/MIA flag was created for the National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia and officially recognized by the United States Congress in conjunction with the Vietnam War POW/MIA issue, "as the symbol of our Nation's concern and commitment to resolving as fully as possible the fates of Americans still prisoner, missing and unaccounted for in Southeast Asia, thus ending the uncertainty for their families and the Nation."
did anyone answer this? I am wondering also.
No
Some of their branches did but, I'm sure if they still do. FYI, there's American Passport Visa Services Ampvs.com or Americanpassportvisaservices.com. The owner is nice and efficient. Real flexible hours.
No it is not a passport facility. I think the closest passport office is the one on sepulva between san fernando blvd and chatsworth.
Yes you can,you can also drop off pre-printed label items for shipping.
