Kicked me out while I was in line to purchase a item for a family member that just had a bad injury for having my service dog with me, I was one person behind paying, had my item and the blonde cashier said no service animals are allowed

I haven't shopped at Ralph's in a bit so I was confused as to how to apply the digital coupons to my transaction. I asked the cashier but he said to download the app and then I told him I was using the site. I asked him again how I could use the digital coupons I clipped but he just asked me for my rewards account so I gave him my phone number. Then he finalized the transaction, gave me my receipt, and started having a conversation with the next customer. I would have hoped he could have answered my question but I should know better than to expect good customer service at Ralph's.

This is a nice Ralph to shop at because there parking lot is huge due to being in a big plaza. This Ralph is on my way home so I don't mind stopping by this one. The whole store is organized well and the workers are friendly if you talk to them. I found everything I was looking for today and I was able to walk straight up to the self checkout area to pay for my items.
