Friendly, helpful staff. Good in a pinch. I'm not a fan of big box stores ran by big corporations. I find the products to be overpriced unless you hit a good sale.

JoAnns should jump on the card making crafting. There is a very large community of people that need supplies. Dies, stamps, and paper! You have such a limited supply that is mostly sold out. Very disappointed.
