Something bad has happened to this place. I am a disabled senior citizen and am recovering from a stroke and 3 back surgeries. I have been working with this place for years to get health care and snap. They always kept me informed about issues and updates related to my case either by phone or mail. As of now I have lost my snap due to missing a required interview that I didn’t receive notice of until it was too late to keep it. I tried calling and left messages but never received a return call. Now I finally got a connection and told the person whom answered my situation but she was not concerned at all, very uncaring. She told me I needed to reapply and start all over again. So I did over the phone because of COVID I did not want to go to a public building. I told her I needed to get this fixed ASAP. So I would have food and not loose my health care as I live on a very limited income. The process requires her to call me back in 5 minutes as she told me as this would verify my phone number and get set up for the electronic interview. I never received that call during that day. When I tried to call to find out what happened I never got a answer. I tried 6 times and kept checking my voicemail mail…nothing…The next morning I called and the same lady answered. I asked her what happened and she said she called me right back and left a message so I verified the number that she had and it was correct. What gets me is the fact that I called her 6 times the day before and left messages and never received a reply. No she never called me back and as I kept pushing that issue she started to become testy with me. I dropped that issue in order to try and fix my case issues…as of today I have no snap…thank god I have a few cans of beans left…

Unfortunately I have had to use their, services for years. Let me tell you something about These people, they have so many cases to maintained and be responsible for its unrelenting at times I'm sure. Every time they have taken care of my needs, answered my questions and responded quickly. I'm so lucky to have G, as my case manager and their visiting nurse D, is wonderful also. The staff are great. It isn't easy the load of work they have to manage in a month. I hope they know what their commitment means to our community.. Thank You ..
