Arrived needing an EKG, after a very short wait I was moved into a treatment area and the staff went to work on me. Things were done quickly and in a calm and professional manner. The results were presented in an easy to understand manner. The staff was professional but showed compassion and interest in my situation. The results were forwarded to my personal medical provider and futher treatment is being performed.

I was able to walk in and get immediate attention. Probably just lucky timing but it was important as I had a commitment I could not be late for. My issue was minor on the spectrum of urgent care possibilities but nonetheless I was treated respectfully and honestly. I was given options and felt supported in my choice. The PA was knowledgeable and kind. This is the second time I had been to this urgent care over several years. My first experience was when helping an elderly neighbor with breathing issues so I guess I have experienced a range from the serious to the not so much. would. Also, they took excellent COVID-19 safety precautions. I highly recommend this the Redmond urgent care.

Horrible service. It's a Tuesday. We got here at 1:50. Lady was out to break. Got checked in by the front desk lady. Have been sitting here since 2 (40 minutes) and only ONE PERSON has gone back to be helped. There are currently 3 other people in front of me. The ER would have been faster. Horrible horrible service. Go to another urgent care, you'll probably die of old age before you're seen for whatever it is you came in here for.
