My daughter ordered a pizza with very light sauce and when she got it, it had a lot of sauce so she took it back in and the young lady who made the new pizza for her let her see house much sauce she was using so as to make sure it wasn't too much and she took extra care in making it for her. She gave excellent customer service.

Fast cheap and good. Order online is easy. Bypass lines go to pickup heating oven enter your code walk out smiling while everyone in line have puzzled look on their face.

Changing my 5 star to a one star. Stopped in lastnite to pick up an order and nobody asked if I needed help until about 15 minutes of waiting. Told her the name and nothing was said after from the employee. The manager (I assume, he was telling employees what to do) was telling employees in the back to get with it, this guy has been waiting a long time for his order and everyone just started laughing. Then a couple came in and was missing two bread sticks. She asked for them and received one. She said she ordered two. The employee told the so called manager she ordered two and he gave her another one to give to the customer and told her make sure you don't spit in it. The employee said....did you say spit in her bread sticks and all started laughing. The day shift has it together but the evening shift needs a lot of improvement!

Could not reach them by phone. Did delivery which was fine however very expensive. Almost 30 dollors for one pizza. but they did not do my toppings correctly. Missed mushrooms completely and left on side just with cheese. At least extra cheese was there. Missing one piece cause I tried it. Why cant people fall directions

It's like I say in my review: "They are often difficult to reach by phone. Employees are dependably surly... and sometimes outright discourteous." You have to drive to Little Ceasars & place your order in-store. They refuse to fix their broken voice-mailbox. They refuse to get more lines , because they would have to answer them. They're relieved they can't be reached because it reduces their workload. When you ask them at the store (once you get there), they will make some smart-aleck crack and then smile as though it's funny. Poor management. Proud of it 💣. Yes we could call corporate, and stop complaining. I don't know if it would change anything...
When I lost my ten-year-old to cancer, I let everything go to hell in a handbasket all around me. Perhaps ownership is going through some kind of similar crisis... I can't say. ⍨ But, somebody needs to jerk them up by the short hairs before they lose it... 🍕 or, maybe they're planning on moving to the Soviet Union & practicing the way they will be doing business.
I really don't care for this place. The people are not friendly and the orders are usually wrong.

I Googled it, Caesars online menu says Caesar wings are $6.
