There is absolutely no since of urgency with the staff here we waited 1.5hours to be told to go to our primary doctor. NO Treatment options. More importantly the front Desk Clerk Roxanne needs a few manner and tone lessons before dealing with potentially ill people. Beware.

I walked in today with my son, front desk clerk was extremely rude , stated that my son's insurance was not going through.We ended up going to Lcmc in Barataria, easy check in process, no issues with insurance and shorter wait.

Nurse practioner lied on my chart and said she examined me when she never laid a finger on me. Her notes are full of things that she didn't check. She didn't examine anything. I'm not sure if this is legal, but if it isn't it should be.
