We stayed a night in town with our two small dogs whom couldn't tolerate another night of fireworks, our small town choosing the following weekend for their celebration of Independence Day. The total was $112. for two adults, two dogs in a one king bed, non-smoking room. There were dead bugs behind the furniture. The fridge wasn't wiped out, food crumbs and splatter in it. The chair was ripped with a huge stain in the seat. There was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. The area to walk dogs was full of goat head stickers. Needless to say, my husband didn't think to read reviews prior to booking. I would've felt better at Motel 6.

Very disappointed. Not room we reserved. Sheets had not been washed and changed. Grit and sand on sheets. Did not leave extra pillows and blanket as requested. Moved to another room. Sheets clean but pillows lumpy. No soap or shampoo or any toiletries at all. Shower curtain torn and wet. Bad smell from pillows. Woke up with half a dozen bites, one was spider bite. Do not recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. An Indian lady I’m assuming a worker followed me from my room to the pool and rudely yelled at me questioning me about my name and which room I was in 3 times and then marched away saying she was going to go check on that. I had done nothing wrong checked in, put on my swimsuit and went to the pool and this is how I was treated??! After this incident my mother and I asked her what that was about and where was the hospitality for paying customers she said “yeah yeah” and slammed the door in our faces. Very unprofessional & inappropriate. On top of that the WiFi does NOT work and the room smells like cigarettes. Do not recommend this hotel by any means.

I'm not one to complain, much less over petty things. This weekend being my wife's birthday we decided to visit Paris Texas along with our 2 year old. We booked two nights at Baymont Inn & Suites and being out on the town and exploring, I didn't bother looking for flaws in the room. We finally get to settle in the room and as I tuck my shoes under the bed to go to sleep I found fecal matter under the bed along with dirty covers, stained towels, and mold around the bottom of the closest to the restroom. I explained why I didn't complain or ask for a refund earlier and still no compliance from management for a full refund. A horrible place to stay.
