Would give it 0 stars if I could but my only option is a 1 Star Review. My wife went to Patton on 6/11/2021 to purchase some stuff for my sons property and the girl at the register sold her items that according to the warehouse employees were not in stock and they stated that she knew that they weren't In stock. That was not the problem though. That's just the beginning. My son was on the phone with my wife when one of Patton's warehouse employees was harassing my wife asking her if she was single and my wife replied with "I've been married for 36 years and I have 5 Children." He then continued and told her that she's very pretty and that they should go on a date. My wife replied with "No, I'm not interested and our son is actually listening to this conversation because I'm on a phone call with him" but he still insisted and said he will pay for everything. This is totally unacceptable my son contacted the manager Miguel and told him the situation that occurred with my wife. He simply told him that if my son needs to personally pay a visit to Patton and speak to their warehouse employees he will. We are completely disgusted by this place and will never go back. So in conclusion, MEN don't send your wife or any women you love here for a favor because they will disrespect them!

Arrived before opening was 1st inside the door got my items And was out in less than an hour. The store in Ontario was closed no notices were put up you had 15 customers and nobody was there should put a notice up

Stopped by first thing this morning, all the staff was very helpful, despite my obvious lack of knowledge. I'm going to have to stop by with a case of beer to repay my genuine gratitude. The girls up front are always very nice, the guys in the back seemingly always very hard at work but quick to answer my many questions.

Amazing staff here! Especially the boys in the shop. All were very professional and polite. I've never been here before so I didn't know they way they did things here, but everyone was extremely helpful. This will be my go to place from now on for my fabrication jobs.
