The manager Tim is very rude I called to talk about the mistake through the drive thru and he hung up on me. So I drove back to burger king, and he was even more rude because I asked for the order to be replace He said he was a manager but couldn't give a refund, and we will have to wait till tomorrow with the food to get a refund. Very unprofessional saggy pants unkempt .so ended up waiting for a friend who paid through the drive thru with credit card to get a refund because their receipt machine didn't work .WORST fast food exprience PERIOD.i even recorded the conversation as proof.

The food is good and came out fast and fresh and the employees are friendly and helpful, but the prices are way too high. You can spend the same amount per person at a casual sit down restaurant. Good for the convenience but not your wallet.

1 less star this time. 1st: I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes (AT LEAST), THEN "Oh, you have to pick up mobile orders inside.".. REALLY?? You couldn't have told me 5 minutes ago?? So I could've picked up warm food!?! Management needs to step it up!! Mind you, this is located across from TU!!🙄 ??
