If you are thinking about eating here, think twice. Me and my family used to go here at least once a week and loved the place. However, today I called in and ordered of Chicken Caesar Salad to go and found dead bugs in it. This is the second time it has happened in the past 2 months. The first time I didn’t even complain about the issue. However today, I called to notify them about it and when the manager got a hold of me, she argued and said that this has never happened in all her 7 years of working there and that I am lying about the salad. She didn’t apologize nor take any responsibility over the situation. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over and when I offered to send her a picture of my food, she didn’t even care to acknowledge it. She offered to give me a free entrée stating that I am wrong about the bugs and that it’s impossible for it to happen. I refused the offer because she made it clear that they will not change the way they clean the salad. So from now on, Texas Road House does not exist for me nor my family any longer because obviously customer service isn’t important to them because of the big name that they have.

What a great Friday night at/ In Texas Roadhouse. Sitting at the bar with my wife and son. Hot night cold beers. The guy next to me said order the Dallas filet. My wife and son did. I ordered the FT. Worth Ribeye. I wish I had listened. My wife’s filet is off the chart. Fried pickles and cold beer. Everyone is here for the same reason. Great food, cold beer and an excellent staff & experience. 👏🏻

We had the 12oz ribeye, and two sides. The food was very good. We really liked the bread, and spread. Service was great! Glad we got there early because the place was really filling up by 5:30 on a Tuesday night.

Husband and I had early lunch on Monday. The food was really good. Steak very tender and nice to eat. Waitress Aubrey was amazing! She was very friendly, courteous and on top if her tables. I'm a customer service mgr for a call center and its always nice to encounter someone who clearly enjoy their job. Kudos to good food and service!!
