I have always had a Great experience during my visit at the San Fernando Branch office. I do understand how the S.S.Office Staff can become impatient at times! Especially, due to the impatience of the Public, when they can become very demanding. No complaints on my part.

Called and was helped by a polite gentleman who was able to schedule an appointment for me. Prefilled the application before my appointment, everything went smoothly. Security guard was super nice as well as the lady who processed my application. The process took 15 minutes.

I arrived late morning with my prepared papers. There were 50 or more people and I was heartbroken. I waited my turn to explain the reason for my visit at the check in desk. A very helpful muscular gentleman looked at my paperwork and said he could take care of it right there. Within one minute I was on my way out. Thank you sir! You are the best!
