This Safelite in Charlotte, NC saved our vacation! My father and I are taking a road trip from Jersey to Florida, and just outside of Charlotte, a rock hit our windshield, and the crack spread quickly. We Googled the closest Safelite and drove directly there. At first there weren’t sure when they could fix it, because they were pretty booked up, and didn’t know if they even had a replacement windshield for our vehicle. I saw our trip plans disappearing if we had to wait a few days to get the windshield replaced. When we explained our situation, the amazing staff here did everything they could to get us back on the road as fast as possible. They had one opening left that afternoon and we got lucky that they happened to have the windshield we needed. They said it would take about 2-2.5 hours, and we were happy to wait, knowing how busy they were. Imagine our surprise when our car was ready in just 1 hour! The receptionist and our tech Cody were especially awesome, and they literally saved our vacation! Thank you to the great staff at Safelite!

Christopher did an amazing job. I didn’t tell him, but I watched his entire process on my security cam. Without any supervision he worked with meticulous detail and care and the final result of my original Mopar glass(with my little Jeep logo) replacement came out beautifully done. A+ for Christopher and Safelite!

The pictures really don’t give any justice to the work that was done. These are screenshots of the video. They did an amazing job!! It took less time than expected and very reasonably price. Did I say how freaking AMAZING my windshield looks??!! It actually looks better than my original windshield. I would definitely recommend!

Windshield leaks, trim is messed up, wiper blade no longer contacts windshield. First technician put me off claiming rain was possible (it was 97° and sunny all day) next tech was friendly, but left my windshield jacked up.
