Scheduled for a full hip replacement on 7/21. After easy registration I was in the care of Flor, Nanette & Leo who were efficient and calm. Met my anesthesiologist Dr Watson & surgeon Dr Smith beforehand who were reassuring. All staff We'te pleasant, helpful. Food was very good, great experience!!

Don't even want to give you that one star. Bad for an appointment cuz it will be late. Think of 2 hours of waiting just for an MRI when you have an appointment. No administrators in the hospital. You got a complaint you got a problem oh well there it's going to roll up Hill backwards. And I didn't get my MRI.

My husband David Parker was in your hospital for 6 days. It was miserable for him and for me. The communication skills of everyone there were lacking. The worst thing was they sent him home with a catheter and urine bag was attached to his leg with no instructions on what to do with it.

My husband went in for a 2nd time in 1 week. He was treated very poorly. Dr Ferrari gave him 30 seconds of his time twice during the night tonight. He did not listen. Earlier, my husband collapsed and fainted, his arm went numb and he couldn’t see. His bp Was 210/110. He has a blocked LAD artery. His cardiologist texted him and told him to come in. To the ER. The ER staff could only focus on one thing, How fast they could Turn him over, or leave as soon as possible. He wanted to stay because his head was throbbing and he was sick. His bp never did go down… He was clammy Etc. once all tests were done, he went to the bathroom and they took his personal items from the room and told him he was going home. He told the nurse that he could barely stand up and needed a bucket to Vomit. She said “we can call you a taxi!” He said his head was throbbing and he wanted answers or to stay the night. She said there were no rooms. She said he was fine and asked him to sign off. Sent him off to the streets (literally) alone, and dizzy, confused mentally!! Again, his 2nd trip to this ER in 4 days. No answers still as they were more interested in getting him out than giving him Care.! Will never use Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital ER again. Felt like we were in a 3rd world Country. Very sad. Bad care.

We are full of COVID patients right now and they are telling employees that if they test positive but are asymptomatic asymptomatic they can still come to work because we are so short staffed. I would wait if I was you.
