This was my first time ever stopping by a Cook Out despite seeing the line morning, noon, and night. For me it would definitely be hangover cure/prevention type food, but I will say the service was good. I had no idea what the most efficient way was for me to order and the server helped me out quickly with that offering recommendations of how I could order and save money. The only reason I am taking a star is because I definitely asked for Cook Out sauce (knowing it will be a minute before I ever go back), and in haste I was given Polynesian sauce. What a bummer, right?

Expect to wait around 20 minutes in the drive through line if going around 9-10pm. Went twice on different weeknights and both times waited over 20 minutes. Food is decent but ordered bbq plate and 0 bbq sauce, ketchup, utensils or napkins were provided.

This establishment is a disgrace to the fast food chain in the United States. My best friend and I recently ate here, and now we have food poisoning. The food we ate here as caused us to be in deep pain and we haven’t eatin in a few days due to the fact that the ingredients in their food is contaminated. I highly recommend you don’t order unless you wish to be sick and OUT OF WORK. The associates know they’re wrong for serving this low quality food. The manager also know he/she is wrong for even keeping location active. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Their shakes are so amazing. Some people don't like thick shakes but I do. I ordered the ones shakes and let it sit for about 10min. That's just enough time to enjoy all the creamy goodness Cookout has to offer. And they don't skimp on the toppings either.
