Just moved in, so far the process has been great, I’ve spoken with different people each time I’ve come into the office and Ryan, Cassandra, and Kristen have been super pleasant each time! Excited to be leaving here, the pools great also!

I travel for work, leading a sales team each summer. Typically with securing leases for the amount of guys on my team and for the short term duration In which we need those leases it’s an extremely difficult task. The office staff here has made that an extremely easy process. They’ve been extremely welcoming to us all, providing fantastic communication that it takes to make the process of housing the team smooth. Realistically this is typically not the case each summer, so it’s definitely been a breath of fresh air!

just moved in. but prior to move in, as a non resident we were receiving emails referencing car break ins, missing packages, trash issues /raised some red flags; we thought this one would be OK to stay in the area temporarily. oops. Leasing agent is very nice and professional. Now the issues; apartment has mold from a previous water leak prior to our move in that apparently was not mitigated correctly/serious issue; weeds in beds; dead shrubs; plants need pruning or dead heading; trip hazards with an old antenna cable draped across sidewalk near pool; weeds growing in gutter of management office; no access to lounge area after hours; pool is very dirty; carpet in common area and gym is filthy; TV not working because cannot access the remotes; some equipment not working properly; outdoor furniture is nasty and broken; outdoor grill and refrigerators very dirty not sure if they work or not; outdoor firepits do not work; obviously the expectation by the management company and owner is low. No accountability other than staying leased and taking advantage of an extremely good rental market. Issue with non residents or someone dumping trash/furniture beside the community dumpster. I think this property is managed by the residents.....

I have been living here at Legacy for about 5 months now and love it. I have met some amazing new friends and the office staff has been wonderful. Denise Oates has been a pleasure to work with and has been very responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff has been responsive and helpful as well. The grounds are well maintained and I am proud to call this home.

The monthly rental amount may not exceed 33% of the future resident’s gross income. Applications that reflect eviction, landlord or utility collections may be declined.
