Lot of history. Unique architecture.

LOVE the Marin County Civic Center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright! There’s a beautiful lake behind the Civic Center, a wonderful auditorium & a great library. This is Frank Lloyd Wright at his finest. Just don’t end up in the Marin County Jail! 😂

A beautiful piece of architectural brilliance, down to the details. There is a great portion of the Civic Center that has a robust history, almost like a mini museum. Encourage you to check it out if you visit and learn about the building history.

This is one of the weirdest government complex of buildings ever created. Yes, designed by the late, great Frank Lloyd Wright, and very "futuristic-looking" from the outside. It's actually a giant gerbil run with confusing long hallways, and difficult-to-find government offices and Court rooms. And a nice county Library. Insufficient elevators, escalators, and bathrooms. Poor ADA layout, difficult to find offices, with thousands of highly-paid government workers hiding out in their spaces and trying not to be found - lest they might have to do more "official" government work! Ghosts of past crimes, and historic events! Definitely a tourist location - a place for a good big hike! Just don't get lost in the labyrinth of it all! (And if you actually need to do some official government business or GO to COURT, allow plenty of time to find where you need to go!)

3501 Civic Center Drive. San Rafael, CA
There are certainly public spaces in the building, but I'm not sure if there are any rooms equipped for conferences and available for dedicated private functions.
There is Free All Day parking in the lower levels behind the Civic Center clearly marked "ALL DAY PARKING". If not, there is strict 2HR parking available almost everywhere. Be sure to move your car every 1HR and 50min.
No. Offices are closed today in observance of Veterans Day.

I would start with room 113. If that's the wrong room they will be able to direct you where to go.
Yes, though much of it is limited to 2 hours. All-day parking is at the bottom of the hill behind the building.
You should get a courtesy notice in the mail if you don't by the date on the bottom of the ticket come into room C-10 on that date at the bottom of the ticket to check on the status. By chance can you tell if the violation is an infraction or misdemeanor?
It'll probably cost you a KIDNEY or your FIRST BORN or both; it's Marin County we're talking about...
Dude you got call the Hall of Justice. Or go up there in person this is not the official website this is Google Maps
Did you just get the ticket? They should send you something in the mail with the amount and if you are eligible for traffic school and / or what to do if you want to dispute. I don't believe the judge sets the amount.
