The staff was so friendly and helpful. A great facility! The restrooms and showers were immaculate. The event bldg was a pleasant surprise, so convenient to get breakfast (huge portions) and one evening we listened to music. Seemed like there was some scheduled activity going on in the event bldg every evening.

What a gem! From the moment we arrived, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sites were clean. The restrooms/shower house and laundry facilities were also extremely clean. We enjoyed the live music in the Event Center along with the food options. Don t pass up the breakfast burritos! The pizza was pretty amazing, too. Our family will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Can't say enough good about this park! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had activities each night for their guest, served breakfast and dinner, wine tasting and even grilled over the holiday weekend. It felt like home yet it felt like a treat. 15 minutes from Custer so easy to sneak back into the park for an evening wildlife drive. Thanks for all you do! P.S. Don't forget to do some shopping in their store. Fantastic local finds!

First, I never really leave any reviews. I'm always the one to look at them. This place deserves a stellar review. Everything is spotless from the general store to the several on-site laundry facilities. The showers are so clean! The pool is a decent size. The breakfast is amazing. The best part, the people. The minute you arrive, you know you've picked the right place. When you need something to eat, they are there to ensure you have the best experience at their little restaurant/ activity center. The activities are great for family or couples looking to get away. There was a wine tasting and several nights of live music. Music was good. If you are unsure about where to plan your visit, don't hesitate about this place. Side note, you are close to a 4 lane road and the sites are a little narrow. Still enough to spread out and have some privacy. Thanks Heartland for an epic time. We will be back one day.
