I normally don’t mail anything it was my first time and customer service is really terrible she gave really bad attitude and she yelled at me because I grabbed the wrong envelope and on top of that she squished the paper work Into the envelope they were very important I’m never returning here again they need to hire prior with manners

If I could give it a lower rating I would. These people are horrible and rude. They laugh in your face when you ask questions and give you condescending answers like if I am supposed to know. There is a reason I am asking. Jocelyn is who I dealt with and she has made my experience here the worst. Unfortunately, I know that these reviews don’t matter because this is a government owned facility.

Sad. This place is pathetic. The customer service team needs to be reconstructed. One of the older black ladies with a horrible wig has very nasty and evil energy. This black lady, in particular, usually stands at the far left end of the counter. She also seems to have an influence on her fellow coworkers. The environment appears to deteriorate in terms of professionalism.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to drop off a package for my job, behind the counter was an African American woman (Lisa?) and a Latina woman (who honestly resembles Yolanda Saldivar 🤣...sorry but it's true!) Well, the African American woman was straight up RUDE to EVERY customer. Her face said "I hate my job". I get it. Not all jobs are ones we wanna work BUT why treat every customer like they're an inconvenience to you? Just quit your job if you hate it so much or change that nasty attitude. As for the Latina woman she wasn't very helpful and a bit rude too. I waited in line for close to 20 min only to have the Latina lady tell me I have to go to the Kiosk when I asked if I could get a receipt that proved I dropped off my package for my job. She seemed annoyed that I asked but I was more annoyed by her awful customer service.
