Hampton Inn desperately needs to update this location. The carpet and beds had a distinct “bad feet” smell. The bathroom lighting was poor. The location itself was a dusty, shady parking lot. The AC unit was insanely loud and temperamental. The facility was not up to the typical standard of cleanliness at other locations. If this had been a Comfort Inn or a Travelodge (or similar location) it would have been expected. But it’s not Hampton Inn quality at all. Save your money and try elsewhere.

Grand theft 5 people lost their luggages no compensation just $390 per person. You entrusted your valuables to them and this is what you get. Very poor management and security on top of that very old hotel and very old room.

Check in process was breeze and greeted immediately. However, the elevator is old but functional. Room feels a tad bit outdated but clean. Old air-conditioning machine made a noise and annoyed bit. Bathtub didn't drain the water fast enough so I had to shower in the soap water so not happy about that and the shower head was not functioning very well.

Room was good size but needs updated. No power outlets or USB ports near end tables. Staff was friendly. Diamond gift was a water & trail mix. Won't be my first choice next time... just an average hotel
