I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to now because I am upset! I recently was speaking with Mariah through Email about a 1 bed apartment she got me scheduled for a tour and everything after discussing a 1 bed apt. I finally went for my tour to be told theres nothing available. The lady was extremely rude for no reason. She was very snotty and did not want to help at all! Seems like she hates her job. Just wanted to leave my review. I was so excited and was so let down. Just awful

Put in an application with apartment and was told by management misdeamoners were no problem and then was denied last minute due to a misdeamoner I have yet to be charged with. Management provided no feedback as how to resolve this. Management did not know or wish to provide contact information for the leasing company or owner to applicants. Staff did not know or wish to provide additional information regarding application.

Tricia Jones, the "Office Manager", at The Pointe Apartments is rude and lies (even to police). A week ago Monday, they decided to resurface all the parking lots during a pandemic. The government, doctors, hospitals are telling everybody to stay in their homes and isolate. We were having "personal issues" and one of our vehicles was also having mechanical issues we were fixing one thing at a time to isolate problem. I was told they would just move to another place in complex. Tricia Jones would not have even KNOWN our car had mechanical issues if I had not been honest. We were working on the vehicle, had MOVED it the day before (Monday 08/17/20), but it died again. Was pushed back into parking space. They have tagged our vehicle before because we were on vacation too long. So, we kept driving by looking for "tag". Yesterday 08/18/20, CAR WAS GONE! Went to office, Tricia Jones would not tell us where vehicle was towed to and who Management Company is above her. Yes, we were very upset, who would not be??? I ended up calling the police. While on the phone for 4-5 minutes, she has her office girl call them too? She said all the cars that had been towed to a different area were being towed. Went to towing company, Tricia had only asked them to pick up our car. We took pictures, other 4 cars were still parked there last night. She discriminated against us personally. Now, I am sure she will tow the others....if these are your cars...move ASAP. She is HEARTLESS and does not care if we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and people have lost jobs. She violated another law that I am not going to mention due to suit I will be filing unless they reimburse me and fire Tricia Jones.

The 2 stars is for the apartment, the staff get 0 stars. When we first moved in the apartment, I loved it. The people were being nice to us, the place was nice and quiet. work orders where getting done in a timely manner, everything was fine. As soon as we signed our 2nd lease, everything changed. The people in the office are rude and full of bad attitudes. It is taking then 2 months to finish working in my bathroom. They leave a huge mess when they are working on something and when I complained to the manager, u was told to not use the bathroom until it's done. 2 months later it is still not done. My freezer stopped working and I had to call and go to the office over 5 times to have them get me a new one. I had to throw out all the food that was in that freezer cause it was not edible. When they finally came to change it, they did not clean up after themselves. I have complained about my AC not working right since we moved in and it is still not fixed. Now we have random homeless people walking around in the parking lot, asking for money and looking in people's cars.
