Why do I get transferred to India to some person that I can’t understand and has no clue where I’m trying to call, when I dial a local number?? Why do I have to sit on hold for nearly a half hour to talk to someone in India? CVS is trash!

No wait and the nurse practitioner was really nice. But, most importantly my medical issue was remedied. I went in for ear wax removal (gross, I know) because I couldn't hear well at all and when I left my hearing was back to normal; what a relief! She was very gentle and explained everything. Thorough with after care instructions as well. Positive experience 👍.
