Our family lived here for past 2 years. We loved it. This was our first place to live when we moved to Omaha. The location was so convenient, close to Costco, highway, and close to other areas of Omaha (~15 min drive to any place within Omaha). Also, there is big soccer field/park across from the apartment which our family used weekly. Esp, my wife appreciated their big tinted windows for the view and for the privacy. They are spacious apartment for working people, students, as well as for a small family. If you are someone who values the efficient communication with management office and their amazing quick service, then Harrison Hills is for you. Living in such reliable place makes you not worry about with apartment issue people usually have. From their front office to engineers/technician staffs, they are really friendly, courteous, and trying to help and to listen to you when you have any concern. Also, their workout room, small study place/printers, game rooms, swimming pools, are very clean and well organized. They rearrange furniture from time to time tells that resident they are taking care of their places and they are for us. My 4 yr old boy already misses living there and utilizing their amenities, esp. the swimming pool & their driving game. They also host annual swimming party during the hot summer for resident with drinks & truck food. Only reason we moved was to have extra 3rd room. If they had had 3bedroom unit, we would have stayed. We will miss you guys, Harrison Hills! Thanks for your service for our family for the past 2 years!! :)

My wife and I have been living at Harrison Hills for almost two years now. We have LOVED everything about this complex. The apartments are spacious and clean. The management team is respectful, friendly, and are there to help anytime. The maintenance team is top notch and get the job done right the first time. The community in general is safe and quiet to where we haven’t had any problems. We look forward to continue to rent and enjoy our home here at Harrison Hills! We could recommend this complex to anyone!

Horrible exit. Didn't receive any communication from the apartment about the fact we had to give a 30 day notice before my lease was up or by default would be charged month to month rates. No call email or note. Now I'm stuck with a bs bill and talked to in person as if they already decided to take security deposit and charge extra without even seeing the apartment. Kudos Harrison hills. Thanks for the awful taste in my mouth after a pretty good living experience .

Leslie and her team provided professional and friendly support to residents at Harrison Hills. Maintenance is always done quickly and right the first time. If anyone is moving to the area I would recommend they look at Harrison Hills first.
