My favorite breakfast/coffee place! They have several locations in town and that makes it convenient. I love all their drinks and food- coffee, bagels, burritos, cinnamon rolls and their lunch is good too! They also always offer seasonal cream cheeses and drinks. They have dine in, carry out and even an app now for ordering ahead.

My daughter and I visited Bagels & Joe for a late breakfast. When we arrived there were two separate individuals in front of us. It was obvious the staff were busy with pick-up orders & (possibly delivery?) We were absolutely unbothered waiting patiently. However, when the two woman who arrived after us were helped before us (we were in line, which I would assume is enough indication we were waiting first) were helped next. It was annoying. When the NEXT two folks, whom arrived at least 10 minutes after us were helped before us, I decided I would speak on it, once they got to us. I was polite in letting her know we had been waiting, she was full of attitude, in a sarcastically apologetic manner. The food was good but the employee's could use a crash course in customer service.

This location has an interesting vibe and was spotlessly clean. The service was friendly and attentive. There are a variety of breakfast items and bagels. My breakfast burrito was just okay. (I went with a classic breakfast burrito with turkey.) Also, as the name implies, there were many coffee choices as well. My coffee made up for the mediocre burrito, and was excellent. (I had a cafe au lait with oat milk and maple walnut coffee.) I would definitely try it again but maybe go with a bagel breakfast sandwich.

Placed an online order for avocado toast and iced chai latte. It took 30 minutes to complete my order and they were DEAD when I arrived. One other patron in the entire building when I arrived and 4 employees. My order was still not ready and I ended up being late for work. I will not return. Soggy bread and very bland. I did not order any sweetener in my iced chai but it is insanely sweet. This has been a nightmare of an experience. Retraining needed. Iced chai lattes do not need to be frothy. Waste of money.
