I've taken my car here for years and years, and recently I had an alternator replaced. When looking over the bill I noticed it was 400 dollars for a REFURBISHED model. 100% mark up from the local part store. I now needed my A/C Compressor replaced, and called to ask for the part number to bring in said part to avoid paying outrageous mark ups and at least until now, the usual good service I've gotten in the past. Apparently they can't do that, despite being exactly the same. They're excuse, "Well part stores don't install it." Which would be a fair point if you weren't charging labor in addition to the marked up price. The compressor by the way, marked up an additional 300 dollars from the 400 it cost. The fact that you can't bring the same part in to save some dollars and still support the business is ridiculous. Get bent Firestone. Don't even get me started on the Savannah location that tried to rip me off on tires for a 1/8th inch screw in my tire, in the tread, that popped out easily with a half turn from a screwdriver. I thought the 66th street Firestone was "The Good One", but it's not. Save yourself some money, go elsewhere.

The car service itself was good and at a decent price, but Deb (the woman taking down all my information) did not seem to know what she was doing. She signed me up for one of their protection plans openly telling me she had only done a couple before and wasn't the most sure about it yet. We waited in the lobby for her to tell us if we were done or not. Eventually we got tired of watching her wander around the lobby so we asked. She said she thought we were waiting around for them to finish the inspection of my car. Eye roll. When telling her I wanted it on my new Firestone card, she agreed then proceeded to put the entire transaction on my other credit card, ruining my credit scores. The weeks after I paid and my car was fixed, she called me multiple times about a VIN number that she said she lost. Overall, I like Firestone but I will not be dealing with her again.

went in to get my a/c checked. they told me there were no leaks and problem was it had no refrigerant. they re-filled it and it fixed the problem for a couple week. took it back and they said same problem that it was just empty but they had told me no leaks. Took it to a real mechanic and was told compressor is bad. These guys are crooks and just look for the easiest path to scam you outta your money. re-filling the car is an easy and quick job that they charge $140 for, no wonder that’s all they push. Don’t recommend coming here, find a real mechanic.

The shop is hand down the best in the business when it comes to tires and they have special Machinery to protect your rims so they will not get damaged during the new tire installation by using plastic heads. they were able to get mr in right away and with another shop Walker I scheduled out one week and they were not able to get me in even on the schedule appointment time I just picked up the tires from them and brought them in here and have them on in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday thank you so much you guys I will be returning customer.

In theory, yes, but generally they are too busy for that unless you plan to wait there all day.
My understanding is yes.
