Amazing. Easily the best sub place I’ve ever been to, everyone said hello and welcome as soon as we stepped in the door and my sub was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend eating inside they were incredibly nice and the food is amazing I had to go back up and order another one.

We came to dine in and when we got in we were greeted very quickly. Then we ordered our food we had a few mistakes but thanks to Ashley and Jack they made our first experience very pleasant. Ashley helped correct our food that was mixed up and Jack was so nice by asking us how we were and checking in on us. Thank you firehouse subs!!!

A little bit of a wait but sandwiches were great. The manager publicly praised her team as they were working by telling them they were doing a great job and that was great! There were several pick up orders, restaurant was full with a line to the door over the lunch hour, & to hear her praising her staff to motivate them to keep going was a show of great leadership. People need more of this at their jobs!

Excellent choice! Their subs do come in 3 sizes. The small is pretty small BUT that being said, if you want a lighter lunch, it is perfect for that. Unique flavor that is different from the other sub shops in Lincoln. Salad is also different, comes with small cubes of everything on it.
