The most horriblest experience I've ever had in my life at Macy's online it says you can get fitted for a bra. The lady was rude to me told me to get in line half an hour later she left for break. Then I was told they don't do fittings for bras after I was there for over an hour. I will never shop at Macy's ever again in my entire life

Well, just walked in, first thing I noticed 7 to 8 associates were grouped together just chatting,.laughing and having a blast. Which is great but we did not get any help in the respective booths

On the plus side, every salesperson I've encountered there has been friendly and knowledgeable - a big plus when you're trying to exchange something and it's complicated. I've been a Macy's customer for 40 years, and they used to be my go-to store. But there quality of both merchandise and shopping experience has really gone downhill. Their clothing lines are cheap and not very good quality. Their store now feels more like a JC Penney than a higher-end, high quality shopping emporium. Really sad.

So, this is why I give Macy’s 5 stars. I went in to order a couch, I ordered it with a ten year warranty and white glove delivery. A couple months had passed by and I didn’t receive the couch yet. I was told to expect a few months. I had called and they looked into it and found what had happened. They very kindly told me they had to reorder it, sense I had to wait a bit more they gave me a portion of a refund and the couch was there promptly. I appreciate them being on top of it and compromising. The couch is comfy as well as beautiful. Thank you Macy’s team for being accommodating
