I will recommend this venue 10x again! The owners are seriously so wonderful. For a wedding party to come to the venue and be told you can stay here Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no problem, you can decorate however you want and just enjoy yourselves stress free is absolutely amazing. The owners help set up the chairs, the signs to direct your guest, they come ask if you need anything or if they can help. They are simply the best! AND! I can't get over the beauty of this venue! It's a country chic style barn with beautiful lighting, lots of windows for air circulation and they prairie! The prairie is a PERFECT spot for photos! I highly recommend this venue!!

If you are looking for a rustic venue for a wedding you should do yourself a favor and check this place out!!! 10 out of 10. Our family had a wedding there this spring and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The owners are amazing and the space is too.They should charge more.

We are so happy our daughter and her husband chose Just the Place for their wedding venue! Everything was spectacular! Rena and Jeff are the best hosts and the venue is gorgeous! You will be truly very happy having your wedding weekend here! We were not hurried or rushed and felt like the whole long beautiful weekend was ours to enjoy! Just the Place is the best wedding venue in the Topeka Area!!! The owners Jeff and Rena are absolutely amazing to work with!! It was very muddy on our wedding day and they went above and beyond to accommodate that! We loved the cabin they provide for the couple, it was so comfy and was perfect for all of us to get ready in. The barn is amazing and I love how flexible they are on letting couples set it up how they see fit. The wedding site is amazing and the folding chairs are perfect. I would highly recommend this wedding venue. The price alone should make you say yes, but knowing that Jeff and Rena are so flexible and so helpful should make you say double yes! It is also helpful that Jeff and Rena have so many community connections- it came in handy for getting good deals on tablecloth rentals, chair and table rentals, etc.

Yes, but being an old barn with no insulation, the heaters will raise the temperature about 20 degrees, depending on how windy it is. It works well if it's 40 to 50 degrees outside to take the chill out of the air, but if it's 10 or 20 degrees out, it's not going to get much better than 30-40 inside.
Yes. There are 2 rooms, all downstairs, and upstairs is a big open room for the grooms and groomsmen. There is one bathroom, downstairs, and a nice big living room with a long table and a HUGE beautiful mirror.
