Beautiful area with wading access right of the camp ground. Good security & nice shade in the afternoons. Easy access to showers. Nearest gas is in Perry.

The lake is pretty, the campgrounds are clean….except the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Bandaids stuck to the floor along with what looks like a season of soap scum stuck to everything-a pressure washer would resolve the issue, mold on several layers of chipping paint and mold streaking down the sheet rock, dead bugs everywhere. Truly the worst bathrooms I have ever encountered while camping. On a Wednesday morning, there has been plenty of time to clean up from busy weekends, no excuse. I paid the day fee over on the state side to shower. I’ll camp there next time.

Always good fishing. N full moon was beautiful... N the sunrise was just as beautiful....

Had a good time even tho the lake was real high. Hoping once it comes back down we're able to return and go fishing. Only issue we had was with our camp neighbors lack of manners.
