I love this place, as a former long-term employee(5-10-18 to 5/2019 (I think the year's are right)) I can honestly say that William is a very loving and compassionate man, he's family oriented and is very positive, even when things are stressful and difficult, he keeps a smile on his face and gets what needs to be done, done. He was an amazing person to work for/with, he taught me a lot and gave me a chance to work at Rooster Wheels when I was homeless living in a van with my girlfriend at the time and our two dogs which William loved too, Breezy he says is a bunny, he really did more then a boss/coworker would ever have in any other situation, he became a really close friend of mine over the year I had been working there until my girlfriend broke up with me and I left, and quit working there, we still keep in touch from here and there, I hope this review helps some people understand that this place is simply amazing in every aspect thanks to William and his strength and will to be able to do what he does.

We buy, Sell, Trade, and accept consignments. When we take in a consignment, we appraisethe bicycle, determine the value according to current similar sold bicycles, obviously making an attempt to sell you bike forms much as we are able. We will not sell the bike for less than your bottom line + 20% to make up for our labor/time/commission.
Rooster wheels does not have any staff currently that speak Spanish, the best way would be to use Google translate
Last I was there, they only met and dealt with people outdoors by the front door, at a distance. But they are as helpful and friendly and great as ever.
