Heritage Plaza senior apartments in Brea, is a very nice community with friendly Neighbors. Due to its strict one car parking space, I advise looking for a different Community to live in if you own 2 vehicles. As management (Mitra) advised us to park on a street called Tamarack, because we have two cars, which wasn't communicated until we had already signed the lease. So unfortunately on Christmas Eve my car was towed, plus if you park on Tamarack you will be cited a ticket for parking there, and we did get it ticket. We are 6 months into our lease now, and looking for somewhere else to live. I posted a photo where I park, I am a paying resident, on the lease in Heritage Plaza senior Apartments. Posted signs our confusing, as it doesn't State anything about having a parking permit.

I've lived at Heritage Plaza for almost a year now and i can say I enjoy living here. I know they raised the rents but only after years and years of renting them dirt cheap. And even so it's still one of the cheapest 1-bedrooms you'll find in Orange County. I've seen the new manager repaint our patio furniture, steam clean clubhouse carpets on top of everything else she does . I would and have recommended Heritage Plaza to my friends.

What are your rates, are they at 30% for low income seniors? Can out-of-state folks get on the waiting list...Im interested in moving to California.
