I do enjoy Big Lots for the most part, but had a not so good experience today. First, stocking during prime shopping hours is typically not a good idea. And stocking several areas all at once, definitely not a good idea. It was difficult to navigate and was a tad frustrating. To add to it, not having inventory of an item you are promoting in your weekly ad is quite deflating. They only had one peg hook dedicated to this item and as such, could have only fit 5 or 6 of them on display. I did ask if more were in the back and was informed no. Overall, not the best experience, although I did enjoy a 20% discount on $100 purchase thanks to my membership.
