This hotel needs renovated. Our room was clean and staff members were helpful, courteous, and personable. However, the carpets are worn and look dirty the luggage carts worn out, our bathroom door didn't open all the way, etc. The breakfast wasn't quite up the Hampton Inn standards either, but okay.

Never again, not even for half the price, which was about $140 on a week night. Old building, bathroom door would not latch, bathroom appeared to be for disabled-bench and wand only and we reported that we had two young kids-needed tub, the shower curtain was 2 inches short causing the water to flood out onto the floor, the curtain rod was all rusty, the wallpaper looked like its from the 80s, the carpet in the room looked like it was from the 70s, the room was hot as a sauna when we walked in and took hours to cool off with heat/air unit at lowest setting, one of the beds had a broken leg and was propped on a board. It was not unlivable and I was far too tired to go find a price appropriate hotel, but for this one we paid for a Hampton and got something more like a motel 6. It feels like false advertisement and they should only be charging $55-$60 a night, so beware!

Convenient location. Plenty of shopping and services nearby. Good service. Friendly crew. Maintenance could use a bit more attention to detail but nothing was a deal breaker. It is a busy facility. Breakfast was as expected with crew keeping the food hot and the area spotlessly clean. I’d stay here any time.

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast. Disappointed that we couldn't use our AARP or AAA for discount on room. Clerk said they were only allowed so many each day. Never heard that before.
