This business is a bad joke. I recently spent $8,000 to “upgrade” a new system. I am now out of the US and the alarm has been going off literally every day since we have been gone. They could not be bothered to send someone to try to fix it and when they finally did the “it’s all fixed” lasted less than 24 hours. Now I am waiting for them to be in their offices to beg for another appointment. They are great at sales but no nothing about what they selling or installing. The “it’s all fixed” only means that they did not care to make it work. I will say that the patrol and alarm response team are excellent but the fact that they cannot make my system function is a horrible joke and their lack of competence or responsibility is appalling. Not to mention that I have zero security in the meantime.

ACS has better response time then a lot of companies out there. GREAT!!! Company concept who ever created it because of LAw Enforcement shortage. However...You judge..Would I be comfortable with a guard on my property...2 out of 10. I am a former guard. Speak with an ACS Guard not a sales person before signing up. Here are questions to ask and watch out for? Ask a guard these questions before signing up. 1. How often do ACS train guards on how to use and when to use their firearm? 2. If my faulty alarm goes off overnight do you have a technician (not a guard) that can respond? 3. If I have a alarm call who responds? The closest guard or the guard assigned to that beat. (This is MAJOR) There could be a guard 1 mile away however they will send someone that could be 3 miles or more. 4. Would you hire ACS to watch your elderly parents house? 5. If a guard had Covid and responded to a call does ACS notify the client of potential contact? 6. Do you feel ACS has your back? **Watch their body language** You judge for yourself.
