Scheduled a meeting for a design consultation and the consultant was over half an hour late to the appointment. You know when you're new in town and need help getting set up and finding things around town can be difficult, well this didn't help that. I had to leave once they finally got to me, I was going to be late getting back to work. I don't know why they were so late, there was no one else waiting and they were just walking around the store before they helped me. Save yourself time and money and just DIY from home depot or amazon. It's not worth the effort.

Taylor Weit at the El Segundo store was a pleasure to work with. Our closet is amazing and meets all our needs. A friend had an appt. at a store for house shades and then I had my appt. at Container store with Taylor. A few days later he got a quote for 47k for the shades. He said if they are going to charge prices like that they need to hire associates like Taylor. She was professional, attentive and so helpful. She was training so anything she needed help with she and immediately got help from one of the other knowledgeable and helpful employees.

What does the container store sell you ask? Well containers, of course! Containers of just about every size and measurement you could possibly want too! Although the election and pricing is good, expect to fight for parking as this lot is always busy with traffic from all the other nearby businesses located in the vicinity.
