We ordered pizza online in the app, and they messed up one of the pizzas. We called them and they gave us a credit which was great. We called in an ordered a few weeks later and they messed up both of our pizza's and did not apply the credit, even after we asked and reminded them. They don't seem to know how to listen to customers orders, or fix the problems that they created.

I ordered on-line for 5:45pm pick up. Drove up to window. Just 2 cars ahead but after waiting 8 minutes for 1st car drove around to go inside to pick up. Doors locked so drove into drive thru line again. Same 2 cars and 1st car HAD NOT MOVED. I was there at 5:49 and it was 6:04 before I got my luck warm pizza which took me less than 3 minutes to pay and leave. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Will not go back.
