The pharmacists here are extremely rude and do not bother to actually help if something is wrong. There was an issue and I called every day for a week and everyday I got a different answer each time until they finally told me i had to fix the issue through my doctor. I've been off my meds for 2 weeks now because they wouldnt tell me the right course of action in the first place. One of them actually just straight up hung up on me. Do not send your prescriptions here. They do not care. Update I sent my prescription to another pharmacy and they filled it within a matter of minutes. So these pharmacists had me off my meds for two weeks when my prescription could have been filled even though they told me it couldn't be.

The staff allow customers to shop with their nose exposed. I will not be back until COVID19 is over.

The staff is always friendly and super helpful and the store in my experiences has always looked great and everything is easy to find which as a customer I find great.

If Jackie is working the register, turn around and go across the street to CVS. I've never seen a more rude cashier! She called one of the customers "uneducated" because she didn't immediately remove her credit card while the reader still said "processing." I'm sure Rite Aid's hiring bar must be truly exceptional to attract such horrible people. There is no reason to ever come to this location.
