I ordered from this florist through their website one dozen long stem roses to be delivered to my mother for Xmas eve at her nursing home. I was charged immediately but was never delivered. Contacted the florist only to be told that they would not call the owner for the dispute because he is “off”. The woman said that the system didnt even show the order. I explained that My mother has Alzheimers and it was important that she receive them. To no avail, i was not helped. I had to call my credit card to reverse the charges. Im not sure how a business like a florist, would not have a manager or someone have authorization to fix their errors. I would not recommend this shop ever for anything. I chose this shop specifically because of how close the location was to my moms facility.

Super happy with my purchase! Marisol was able to work with my ideas and made my vision come true. Prompt service and great accommodations Flowers are still beautiful, going on the 2nd week now Highly recommend (My only advise... if you are looking for any exotic flowers, call in advance. She’ll make it happen)
