Inappropriate graffiti on the basketball court, but overall, a great park!

Clean park. Mostly litter free. Police presence is always nearby or around, so that helps to keep it clean and safe. Can't comment much on the children's space but it looks appropriate, safe, and clean for kids. They have a nice basketball court and three volleyball fields to play on. The table area is covered so that helps to keep the sun and rain away if you're having a get-together or food. Nice view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge from the back of the park. Great for walking, jogging, or just taking a break. In the summertime, they turn on the built-in water sprayers/sprinklers in the kids area for the kids to play in.

I love this park. It has it all! 2 great play grounds for multiple ages. Swings, sprinklers, basketball area, fields, covered picnic area, every area is fenced in so there's no worry if you kid is a runner. I absolutely recommend

This is a nice park to take the children, I love it because it has columbium and the ground is soft if the child falls, nothing happens .. The parking is on the street, they also have a volleyball court

You'd have to apply for a permit at the Sleepy Hollow village. Call during business hours, you may have to leave a voicemail and leave an email if you don't get someone answering the phone. You want to check if the pavilion is already reserved. It's great to have on a bright sunny day or if it's raining but no thunder. The park has alot great facilities for a quaint celebration.
