This McDonald's is awful. Stood at the register for 10 minutes being ignored by every employee that came up.... Was paying cash, so couldn't use the app or the kiosk.... Ordered a bottled water with my meal and had to ask for it twice after they gave us our food. There are NO napkins in the dining area, had to ask the negligent employees for napkins. And when we ordered, they didn't ask if we were eating in or not and just put the food in a bag like they did want us to stay...

I mean...let's be real. The food here is terrible and will cause all the health problems...so don't eat here everyday obvi. HOWEVER! 5 STARS to my Saturday night shift folks on Washington street!!! They are always kind to me when I ask for a hot batch of fries. If you're going to destroy your body, wait for the hot fries. It will make all your health problems worth it! 🍟 🍔 🍟 🍔 🍟 🍔 🍟 🍔 🍟 🍔

Just went through the drive thru for lunch. Ordered and did not get any fries when I had ordered 2 meals that come with fries. I did not notice until I got home. You shouldn’t have to check your bags for items that are included in your meals especially when it is lunch rush. The employees should be checking bags as they hand them to the customer.
