Impeccable service! As someone who’s had several bad experiences with dealerships- I was very cautious, but they treated me so well throughout the entire process. Claire, my salesperson, was amazing. The most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring person I have ever worked with in the buying process. You can tell that they genuinely care about what car is best for you, and how well it’s going to fare in the long run. She got us a killer deal, as well as a beyond amazing deal and rate. Was more like dealing with a friend than a salesperson! After buying my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I came back the next day to sign a couple things and she was so excited for me! Wow - sales above and beyond the call of duty. John Hartnett took special care to make sure I understood all the features of the new car - this was super helpful. The best part is he really went the extra mile to make sure the garage door opener feature of the Nissan worked properly. He spent several hours getting it to work. It's sad that dealerships advertise a price online and don't honor it. I'm aware that this is common on new cars these days but this dealership does it on used trucks also. Helping my nephew buy a Tacoma they have for sale for $35,181 which is a good deal. Called in and spoke to Brian the Sales Manager and he said someone would call me back in 45 minutes or so. Why it takes that long... who knows? I call back 2 hours later and speak to a salesman. Per Brian they add on $3200 in stupid addons that are worth about $300 tops. Let him know we're serious and ready to buy today. Brian was nice enough to take $280 off the price. Buyer beware of false advertising and know they discount online prices then add them back on through manipulation.
