Did not fail but my car just was not ready, he told me I just needed to put more miles since my battery was recently disconnected and then come back so I thought he would maybe offer a free retest like some places but he didn’t and then laughed when I asked. When he parked my car, he left it in reverse and turned the car off so I struggled for a while trying to figure out why my key and wheel wouldn’t turn which was very frustrating after already not passing 🙃

Smog check was overpriced didnt say a word about the new battery we had just replaced being a problem...failed because of battery. Told us to drive for 50 mi or so and he would recheck for 28.95... We are on a 1 day to drive for smog certificate so I get up after working nights drive 60 MI come back to store...hes no where to be found no sign on door. Won't answer phone. Machine says he's with a customer...shop is locked down. Posted hours till 5. Gone before 4. And next day? No apology. No discount. Just loudly arguing he was in the right. He knew we left to go drive...didnt call didn't wait didn't even put up a sign...glad my car wasn't in the shop there locked up!! Didn't even offer me at least this advertised coupon price for my trouble....RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a smog check this morning and service was 5 star-- excellent. The shop opened on time on a Saturday morning at 9AM and there was only one customer ahead of me. When I came to the door, I immediately was handed my small paperwork to fill out and by the time I finished the paperwork, the service technician was taking my car and putting up for testing. So, essentially, very little waiting!! And the technician gladly accepted the shop's coupon I got online. I will gladly use this Smog Shop again.
