Cant believe neither of the institutional libraries are open during this time, where students are having difficulty in finding adequate study spaces and equipment. Yet, the recreational facilities are open for use? One brings in monthly subscriptions and can be used as an excuse for the atrocious gym fees paid during the past year of COVID and no access. If I can access the gym, why can’t I access the academic resources I also pay for?

No, public library!
The parking my the psychology building. Its by Olmsted. If you don't have a student parking pass there is an app. Its green and called parkmobile. It allows you to park in spaces where you usually see three digit numbers. The maximum time is 2 hours and I think 1 hour is 1.50. Parking lot 6. There is a green sign that tells you.
